Yes, we try to be as ecologically friendly as possible. We only use products that are bio-degradable and safe for the environment.

Not really, although you may need to wash the outside of your windows following a power wash since certain elements do not rinse well from glass after they've been removed from the structure.

Yes, absolutely. Wood decks can be made to look brand new again, assuming they're still in reasonably good condition. We can even clean certain types of outdoor furniture to remove the residue that accumulates over those long winter months.

Composite decks are a bit more fragile than a standard wood deck, but they don't pose a problem for us. We simply use a more gentle setting to avoid any potential problems.

Yes, if necessary we can bring a water truck to the site, for an additional charge. Give us a call for more information on this.

In most cases we can do better than that — we can usually give you a firm quote based upon the style of your house. Call us at (860) 872-2729 for a free estimate.

• Please have all outdoor water spigots available for us to use.
• Please have all windows closed
• If you have any hanging planters or decorations up against the house or furniture on any surfaces that we will be washing, please remove them.
• After we do the power washing, your windows may be a little bit streaky and you may want to wash them.
• Mr. T's Power Wash is not responsible for any outdoor electrical outlets that are not fully water proofed. 

We use a special "low pressure" method to clean roofs, we do not "power wash" the moss and lichen off of your roof. 

We will come with a 2 man crew, one technician will be lightly applying the chemical to the roof while the other technichan is neutralizing all the chemical that is coming off the roof, with lots and lots of water. We do this so that there is no damage to plants, grass or shrubbery.

If you have black streaks on your roof, you will notice that as soon as the roof is dry, those will black streakes will be gone. 

If you have moss or lichen on the roof, as soon as we are done you will notice that they are no longer green, but now they are either brown or bright white, which means they are dead. They will still be on the roof until they have time to naturally dry up and decay in the sun, and then after a few good heavy rain storms they will be knocked off of the roof. Please note, this may take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the weather and how much growth was on the roof.

If you would like to pay one of our technicians while they are at your house, they do accept cash, check or credit card.

If you are unavailable to pay our technicians, they will leave you with an invoice and a blue, self addressed mailing envelope with which you can mail us a check. 

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards over the phone, they may only be swiped the day of your power wash, and we do NOT have online payment options. We do apoligize for any inconvenience that may cause, but we will always try to accomodate you the best that we can.

We do not do set appointment times, but our working hours are from 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, and you can always request a call from our technicians when they are on the way to your house.
